Our comfort zone is such a nice place to be but once we step out of it we learn so much more about ourselves! Being uncomfortable allows us to grow. LIFE IS SHORT! Try something new, face your fears! Weather it’s something extreme like going sky diving, climbing the harbour bridge or something less extreme like going hiking or rock climbing. Whatever it may be, it is time to take the next step into your life!

3. GIVE MORE

I strongly believe at times it is easy to forget how blessed and lucky we actually are. There are so many people out there that would wish to have the life that we sometimes take for granted. Giving is such a beautiful and powerful thing – it’s about opening our hearts to others without judgement or expectations.

There are so many ways you can help others – you can volunteer your time or even visit the less fortunate.

It is extremely important to take care of your body, so you can look, feel and be the best person you can be. Goal setting is such an important part of your personal development. Create some short term and long term goals for yourself and your future. The best way to achieve these is by dedicating time each day that will get you one step closer to your goal. Travelling and visiting new places will give you the most amazing experiences you could possibly imagine. You will discover so much more about life and what the world has to offer. There are so many things you can do and you don’t necessarily need to hop on a plane to do them. Reading is literally the best thing ever! It allows you to expand your knowledge and stimulates the mind. We live in a society in which is heavily influenced by technology (which is AMAZING) although, it is also very important to give ourselves a rest by going old school and picking up a book from time to time. It can be a story, something educational or even a biography.. whatever it may be, it will definitely make you happy.

9. PAMPER YOURSELF

Life is crazy busy sometimes but always remember to take care of your body, mind and soul. From the extreme of going to a day spa and giving yourself the day off or even the simple things such as closing your eyes and listening to some calming music.
